I completely jacked this from my brother’s blog, but it’s impressive…
it’s finally over. all the hours i spent locked in to the tv in complete amazement at what i was seeing have been cashed in for a bittersweet ending. i am happy with what i saw and all my questions have been answered. the genius of this show cannot be matched by another. it will be missed, but not soon forgotten. thank you, L O S T, for the last 6 years. 4 days after the finale, my mind is still blown.

conference. church planters conference that is. tomorrow and tuesday i, along with others, are going to a church planters conference here in atlanta. i say “here in atlanta” because i am actually here in atlanta. that’s right! in atlanta! anywho, i’m looking forward to it. here’s some pics of mikey and i on the road.

50 years ago today, was a day known as the day the music died. notably inspired by Don McLean’s 1971 hit “American Pie”. a pioneer of rock and roll, Buddy Holly died in a plane crash along with two other musicians only a year and a half after his success in the music industry. i personally don’t have any music from Buddy Holly but i’ve heard it and i love it. i kind of like that era of music anyway. so for those of you who are like me and don’t have any Buddy Holly music, go to the store, itunes or whereever and get it.

my mac is having some problems. all mac-haters love that sentence. anywho, it had a couple of updates and they required for the computer to either be shut down or restarted. since i was doing some work on said computer, i clicked restart. it stayed on the screen with the apple logo and the little dial for hours. i left it on all night to see if it was just a really harsh update, but alas, no hope. we sent gave it to AIS and it will now be a couple of days before i see it again.
one of my friends sarcastically said, “i thought those things don’t break!”. they don’t…. they play with your emotions.
